Aijay Consults is a Nigeria-based organization built on a simple driving passion: serving communities in practical, tangible ways. Our work started with a clear mandate — improving child welfare through better-trained caregivers — and has since grown into a broader range of services, including policy development, organizational consulting, and brand strategy for small and medium-sized businesses.
Since our founding in 2018, we've built the capacity of over 4,000 people across Nigeria, partnering with more than 30 schools and 10 organizations along the way.
