If you engage us for a service, we may also collect information relevant to that engagement (for example, staff details for a training programme, or documents shared for a policy review).

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the services you've engaged us for, and maintain records required for our work with schools, organisations, and CSR partners. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing your information

We only share personal data with third parties where necessary to deliver a service you've requested (for example, a co-facilitator on a training programme), where required by law or regulation, or with your consent. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
